• Minimum stay April-May and September-mid October: 4 nights

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of the booking, the following payments shall be deemed to have been agreed.

• From the 40th to the 30th day before the start of the stay 30% of the total price
• From the 29th to the 20th day before the start of the stay 50% of the total price
• From the 19th to the 10th day before the start of the stay 70% of the total price
• From the 9th day before the start of the stay 100% of the total price

Travelling by car

Ca' Scaì Agrifugium only has a very narrow access road and is therefore not accessible by car. Guests arriving by car can park in the free municipal car park in Oldesio/Tignale. Thomas also takes care of luggage transport on arrival and departure, while Claudia accompanies guests on foot to the Agrifugium in around 20 minutes (distance: 1 km, difference in altitude: 160 metres). If the weather is bad, there are (dry) alternatives; nobody is left out in the rain at Ca' Scaì Agrifugium.

Stay

Due to the location and the promise of a peaceful holiday, a few restrictions apply to your stay at Ca' Scaì Agrifugium. For example, only bookings for a minimum of four nights will be considered and in the high season from June to August only on a weekly basis. Ca' Scaì Agrifugium only accommodates adults, so a minimum age of 18 years applies for the stay. Pets are not allowed.

Check-in & Check-out

The booked apartment is available to the guest from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival, Claudia and Thomas welcome guests personally until 7.00 pm. Arrivals outside these times must be arranged.
Check-out on the day of departure at 10.00 a.m. at the latest.

Tignale Card

The Tignale Card is the guest card issued by the Tignale tourist office. The corresponding app can be downloaded on the day of arrival via the free Wi-Fi at Ca' Scaì Agrifugium after guests have registered with the municipality and not only allows free use of the shuttle buses, but also offers a range of other benefits. These range from free guided hikes and bike tours to free entry to the swimming pool in Prabione/Tignale and favourable rates for parasols and sun loungers, as well as discounted kite courses, canyoning tours, yoga courses and much more.
